Synopsis
Axel is a beguiling type, with a natural talent to deal with people and their problems, until one last call at the end of his shift sends his whole operation off-course. Customer Etcheverry Garay wishes to cancel his subscription, something Axel is unable to authorize. He will need to dissuade the customer, following the instructions on his monitor, but Etcheverry Garay’s mind is completely made up. Out of the blue, Etcheverry Garay tells Axel that he is wat- ching him through a telescopic sight mounted on a high precision rifle and, if Axel doesn’t solve the request, he will blow his head off. Axel initially belie- ves it is a joke, but the details with which the customer describes Axel’s colleagues proves to him that he is, in fact, in the customer’s sight.
