PRODUCERS

Hernán Musaluppi

He is among the most recognized and prolific producers in Latin America. In 2001 he established Rizoma along with Natacha Cervi. He produced films and series of filmmakers such as Martín Rejtman, Pablo Trapero, Lisandro Alonso, Israel Adrián Caetano, Anahí Berneri, Rodrigo Moreno, Agustín Toscano, Gustavo Taretto, Federico Veiroj, Santiago Amigorena, Victoria Galardi, Juan Taratuto y Albertina Carri, among others. Official Jury member at San Sebastián, Berlin and Locarno, he is the only Argentine affiliate of ACE, one of Europe’s most relevant producers association. In 2012 he published his first book “The films and what’s left of me”, his first book.

Diego Robino

Graduated in Communication Sciences from the Catholic University of Uruguay, he is a founding partner of Oriental Films, an advertising company with offices in Uruguay, Colombia and Mexico. He began his managerial life at an early age, being involved in hundreds of commercial and conceptual projects for various markets around the world. Founding partner of Cimarrón Cine, where he has provided high demand and demanding production services for studios such as Netflix, Amazon and HBO. Awarded several times by the Ojo de Iberoamérica as the best producer in Uruguay and León de Cannes for his production services. He was recognized by the Union of Exporters of Uruguay for his export services.

Santiago López

Master in Design and Management of Audiovisual Production at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. In 2014 she designs and develops a new business unit in Oriental Films, dedicated to the production of film and television projects: Oriental Features. In 2018 he created Cimarrón Cine, a production company where he develops and produces Impact projects for the international market. 

His filmography as a producer includes feature films and series: The visitor (Martín Boulocq), The Reds (Matías Lucchesi), Thus spoke the money changer (Federico Veiroj), El motoarrebatador (Agustín Toscano), The other Brother (Adrían Caetano), Sentença (Anahí Berneri, Melina Meliande) and Amsterdam (Gustavo Taretto). He also has extensive experience in production services that include the following titles: Manhas do setembro (Luis Pinheiro, Dainara Toffoli), Iosi (Daniel Burman, Sebastián Borenstein, Martín Hodara), Impures (Tomas Portella, René Sampaio), Dom (Breno Silveira) and The Snow Society (Juan Antonio Bayonne).

He is currently in the post-production of the Barrabrava de Jesús series Braceras for Amazon Prime Video, and of the feature films Themes of Guillermo Rocamora and The Wind that Sweeps by Paula Hernández, projects Cimarrón Cine originals.
